PIBAKIS New Centre Is 50% Complete – Dato Hii King Chiong Is Satisfied With Construction Progress

18.10.2014--The construction of Community-based Rehabilitation Centre or Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (PDK) Miri’s PIBAKIS new centre has reached 50% completion. (PIBAKIS is The Parents Association for Special Children Miri or Persatuan Ibu Bapa Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Miri.) Dato Hii King Chiong, the chairman of the building committee, appealed to good-hearted people of the community to render full support and assistance. This would ensure the construction to be completed as soon as possible and to upgrade the learning environment of children with special needs.

18.10.2014--The Federation of Miri Division Chinese Associations Sarawak is organising a two-day ‘6th Chinese Associations Leaders Training Camp’ on 1st and 2nd of November (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to 5pm at Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club Miri, with the theme ‘Creative Leadership, Confident Decision-Making’.

Instant Response！

Few months ago Hii King Chiong Service Centre （HKC SC）received complaints from residents of Kpg Merikan regarding the bad drainage system at their housing area. They said the area, especially the main road will be flooded during heavy rains.HKC SC and Mr Hii instant response on their plight had managed to solve their nightmares. The upgrading of a new drainage system and widening the road were being carried out since last month.

New Bridge New Hope

Donation Of Medical Equipment At MGH

07.06.13--Local philanthropist Mr Hii King Chiong (4th left) today donated a Defibrillator to Miri General Hospital (MGH). The medical equipment which will be use at the Endoscopy Suite of MGH was received by MGH Director Dr Jack Wong Siew Yu (4th right).

Tudan Phase 5 - Desa Pujut Bridge

15.04.13--“The community service that Hii King Chiong Service Centre (HKC SC) carried out has nothing to do with the next general election. Whether I was nominated as candidate or not our services will still maintained. I will continue helping the Miri community, both the Chinese and the Bumiputera. I did this quest not to get praise or to become the people‘s elected representative but I do this noble efforts is to help the Miri communities,” explained local philanthropist, Mr.Hii King Chiong when asked by reporters regarding the rumors that claimed he would be nominated for the Miri parliamentary seat.
